| Description | INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) FOR PROVIDING AND FIXING OF CONCRETE MARKERS FOR DEMARCATION OF BOUNDARY FROM SANGJANI TO SHAH ALLAHDITTA, ISLAMABAD. The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites sealed bids under single stage two envelop procedure from firms registered with PEC having valid registration certificate for the year 2023-24 in Category C-5 and above with relevant codes as also mentioned in the bidding documents who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the bidding documents for the captioned project. S.No. 1. NAME OF WORK: PROVIDING AND FIXING OF CONCRETE MARKERS FOR DEMARCATION OF BOUNDARY FROM SANGJANI TO SHAH ALLAHDITTA, ISLAMABAD EARNEST MONEY (3%): Rs:- 1,220,723/- NIT COST: Rs:- 40,690,787/- 1. Interested firms/ Contractors can purchased the bidding documents from the office of Dy. Director landscape office Mehran gate F9 park Islamabad upon submission of application along with Pay order amounting to Rs.15,000/- non-refundable being cost of the bidding documents during office hours before 13.5.2024.The detail terms & conditions are included in the bidding documents. The bidders are required to submit two sealed envelopes simultaneously (one containing the Technical proposal and the other financial / price bid) enclosed together in and outer single envelop. The technical bids without call deposit shall not be considered. The Bids shall be submitted in the office of Director technical Envt, CDA Mehran gate F9 park, Islamabad on 17.05.24 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Noon. 2. The Financial/ price bids shall remain sealed and will be in the custody of CDA until evaluation of technical bids. However time for opening of financial bids of qualified bidders will be intimated accordingly. 3. The firms providing unsubstantiated and or incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification. 4. Tender should be accompanied Bid Security /earnest Money (refundable) in the form of Pay order/CDRs in favor of Dy. Director Landscape Division, CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and original will be submitted to the office of Dy. Director Landscape Division, CDA. 5. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk before opening date. Original bids in accordance with the provisions of Rule 36(b) of Public Procurement Rules-2004 and terms & conditions defined in the bidding documents. 6.
